Standard Shipping
Orders are prepared according to your requirements. Stock items (excluding customised orders) are typically sent out within 3–5 business days, and all orders are based on the quoted amount. Please note that quotes are valid for 3 days due to possible changes in courier charges.
Expedited Shipping
If a client needs their order sooner, they can contact us at [email protected] to get a quote for express shipping. This option is perfect for last-minute gifts or urgent orders.
In-Store Pickup
For clients who live near our store location, we offer an in-store pickup option. Simply place your order online and choose the in-store pickup option at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready, and you can pick it up at our store via appointment.
Rooftop Tent Shipping
Our rooftop tents are larger and heavier than our other products, so we offer three shipping options for these items. Clients can choose to pick up their rooftop tent from our warehouse, have it shipped to a commercial address that has a forklift for offloading, or collect it from a freight depot. Please note that if you choose to have your rooftop tent shipped to a commercial address or freight depot, it is the recipient’s responsibility to offload the item at the depot and dispose of any pallets and rubbish.
